Villa del Sole at Windsor Hills Resorts

This villa is spotless, we had an issue with the air con and it was sorted inside 2hrs. Amazing place and location

The house was clean. However, the pool was not heated as advertised. The owner instructed me to turn it on the pool heater myself behind a locked area, and it took several days just to become tolerable—never reaching a comfortable temperature. It was also on a timer that only ran during the day, which limited its effectiveness. These cost-cutting measures led to a disappointing pool experience, especially for a spring break stay where a heated pool was expected. Unfortunately, my family all agree we would not return.

The pool was lovely and we appreciated the privacy of this lot. We enjoyed walks in the quiet resort neighborhood. The house was very clean. The family loved the game room! In terms of things that would help improve the experience- Some of the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. It would have been helpful if more toilet paper, garbage bags, and kitchen dish towels were provided. Tidying up would be easier that way. Overall well worth the money. We had a great time.
